Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for leading and collaborating with various teams, including Web, SEO, Content, Influencer, and Operations, to ensure the smooth execution of projects. This role involves preparing briefing documents, presentations, and maintaining brand strategies. The Account Manager will consistently meet or exceed revenue goals, recommend and implement new projects, stay updated on industry trends, and build strong client relationships.


  • Collaborating the Web, SEO, Content, Influencer and Ops teams.

  • Prepare briefing documents and documentation for ensure smooth execution of projects.

  • Prepare presentations for client meetings and pitches. Ability to define the structure, flow, content, and aesthetic appeal of the presentations.

  • Define, maintain, and evolve the overall brand strategies ensuring timely execution and delivery backed up with regular insights, analysis, and reports.

  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets alongside setting up a list of KPIs to track for each client.

  • From Time to time recommend, design, and implement new projects to improve clients' digital and offline footprint.

  • Solid knowledge of the new industry as well as digital technology trends.

  • Ability to make decisions based on clear priorities and drive value through innovation with better and different ways of working.

  • Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
    and build a strong, long-lasting client relationship.

  • Ability to partner collaboratively with other functional areas within the company, maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services and upselling them from time to time

  • Passion for technology and offline activations/affiliations as an enabler for customer and company growth

  • Effectively lead and motivate the internal Web, SEO, Content and G&A teams as well as managers to deliver the best quality of work

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a 'can-do attitude’ while collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate client needs fulfilment

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field. Mass Media & Management Studies preferred

  • Strong command over English in terms of verbal and written skills
