We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts.


  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.

  • Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as click- through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and apply
    them to our campaigns.

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify the most effective marketing strategies
    and tactics.

  • Utilise analytics tools and dashboards to generate performance reports and provide insights to
    the management team.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to align
    marketing strategies with overall business goals.

  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends to identify new growth


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic advertising platforms.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms, to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience in optimising campaigns based on
    data-driven insights.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to drive performance improvements.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
