Job Description

The Executive Producer is responsible for overseeing the financial resources, logistics, strategic planning, team leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and quality assurance of production projects. This role involves developing long-term content development and distribution strategies, leading a diverse team of professionals, and ensuring the successful execution and delivery of high-quality content.

Responsibilities

Budget Management: Oversee financial resources for projects, ensuring adherence to budget requirements.
Logistics Coordination: Manage logistical aspects of production, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment procurement.
Strategic Planning: Develop long-term content development and distribution strategies to maximize impact and profitability.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals to achieve project goals and maintain high standards.
Stakeholder Onboarding & Management: Onboard the right resources/stakeholders/partners to deliver the product requirement. Collaborate with stakeholders, including talent, partners, and executives, to align objectives and ensure project success.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards throughout production, from pre-production to post-production.
